I would like to place an order but would prefer to talk to someone in person about it, is that possible?
Yes, that is no problem at all. You are welcome to call us on 01638 711 744 during our opening hours Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm when we will be happy to talk to you about your order. We can discuss orders and payment over the phone or alternatively, we have a shop in Mildenhall where all of the itemson our website are on display along with many others.
I’m in a bit of a hurry, is there any way I can get my engraving processed quickly?
We always try our upmost to meet the needs of individual customers. If you need an engraved item urgently then pleasecall us on 01638 711 744 and we will be able to let you know whether we will be able to meet your time frame.
One of the items I ordered has been delivered broken, do I need to send the broken item back to you?
Please accept our sincere apologies for this, unfortunately due to the nature of our work this does very occasionally happen. Please simply email us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the broken item to email@example.com along with your order details and we will get a replacement sent out to you asap. Once you have sent us a photo, please dispose of the glass in a safe way.
