We are Personal Images!
Personal Images is a family run business, directed by brother and sister duo Charlie and Lucy Russell and is managed with the help of their talented co-workers Sian, Emily, Poppy and Lois.
Charlie and Lucy grew up around engraving (their father is a stone engraver, and their grandfather was too) and in 2013 they took the plunge and started their own engraving company. Personal Images is now run across two sites: a studio/production shop in Mildenhall and a shop front/workshop at RAF Lakenheath.
All design work and engraving is carried out in-house.
Personal Images works closely with local sports clubs, military bases and councils, making awards and gifts for competitions, promotions, celebrations and much, much, more! From bulk orders to engraving one of a kind pieces, no job is too big, or too small; both the glass and metal engraving is of the highest quality and the demand for bespoke wooden gifts is ever growing.
Through their innovative designs, experimental approach and willingness to try their hand at pretty much anything - Personal Images are truly pushing the traditional boundaries of engraving!

Collection
If you are able to collect from our showroom please select this option when ordering and we will inform you by email or telephone when it is ready for collection. This will almost always be within 7 days of your order being placed.
